Extreme ironing is a very unusual sport. Brit Phil, who lives in England, invented it.

One day Brit was ironinig but it was too boring. He decided to make it more interesting. Brit started ironing on a cliff. Other people saw this. They started ironing inplaces too. Some people did it underwater or on a cow. When other people saw this, they were surprised. Brit says that the most important thing is to have fun.

After training, Phil and his friends won the Extreme Ironing World Championships in Germany.
